Your Voice Matters – Sign-Up for Customer Feedback Opportunities

We need your help to improve SDCI’s services! We use a variety of research methods to get input from our customers including surveys, interviews, and usability studies. Please take this short 5-minute survey to help us determine feedback opportunities that are a good match for you. Signing up means you will receive an email inviting you to participate. You could be contacted next month or next year depending on where we are focusing. When you get the invitation, it will explain what we are studying, how much time it will take, and what we are asking from you. For example, it could be a 15-minute survey you take on your own time or it could be a 90-minute live session where you try out an early prototype of a new on-line service we are designing. Taking this survey does not obligate you to participate, it just lets us know you are interested!
