Man killed after groin shot, police hunt killer

FLATBUSH — POLICE ARE SEARCHING for an unknown shooter after Flatbush man Kaylon Baugh, 22, was shot and killed on Thursday, July 4. Officers responding to a 911 call of a person shot near the Kings Theatre found Baugh conscious and alert on the corner of Flatbush Avenue and Dorchester Road with a gunshot wound to the groin area.  Paramedics transported Baugh to Kings County Hospital, but were unable to save him. He later succumbed to his injuries.
