DUMBO — ABY ROSEN’S RFR and Kushner Companies have sold a stake in one of the four office buildings they jointly own in DUMBO, The Real Deal reports. The size of the stake is not known, but the building involved is the nine-story, 95,000-square-foot 81 Prospect St. — currently a WeWork office complex and retail space. It is part of a former Jehovah Witness printing complex redeveloped as ‘Dumbo Heights’ — home to ETSY and other tech-type companies. The other three buildings in the complex are 55 Prospect Street, 117 Adams Street and 77 Sands Street.
Pearl Realty Management developer Jack Guttman purchased the stake for $33.8 million, TRD reports.
