WILLIAMSBURG — The New York City real estate community gathered with Brooklyn-based, family-owned real estate development firm Two Trees Management on Wednesday for an incredible evening celebrating the opening of One Domino Square. Guests enjoyed cocktails and light bites against the breathtaking backdrop of the Williamsburg Bridge and Manhattan skyline, touring the model residences and viewing the building’s impressive amenities for the first time.

Located at 5 South 5th Street, One Domino Square is the third ground-up residential skyscraper at the Domino Sugar Factory site on the Williamsburg waterfront. Designed by celebrated New York architecture firm Selldorf Architects, the building offers 398 rental apartments and 160 condominiums for sale. One Domino Square provides residents with 45,000 square feet of top-of-the-line amenities, spectacular city views, seamless access to Domino Park and the opportunity to live immersed in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood.

The amenities at One Domino Square include three outdoor terraces and eight semi-private entertaining areas with furnishings and equipment for grilling. The building also offers an impressive assortment of indoor amenities, including a lush aquatics center with a heated indoor swimming pool, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, hydrotherapy spa, poolside private showers with dedicated locker rooms, and treatment rooms for massage. Other wellness-focused amenities include a state-of-the-art health club and fitness center with a group fitness movement studio and a yoga studio.

“The One Domino Square opening event marks a significant milestone for the transformative work that Two Trees has been doing along the Williamsburg waterfront to create a thriving, mixed-use community,” said David Lombino, Managing Director of External Affairs at Two Trees Management. “One Domino Square is the latest residential addition to our ever-growing Domino Sugar site, and we’re pleased to see significant interest in both the condo and rental units already. We look forward to continuing to deliver on our promise to the community through these exciting new offerings at the Domino site, with more to come this fall.”
