The Visit England Pink Book is an annually updated publication that details the legal obligations for tourism businesses in England.  Some of the legislation is applicable in Wales and direction is often given to the equivalent legislation in Wales where it isn’t the same as in England and to that for Scotland and Northern Ireland.  The publication is available online or can be purchased in print at:
