The new round 4 CCF bidding process in England opened for application in May 2016 and in  Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland on 4 July 2016.  Latest detail can be found on the Big Lottery website at: https://www.biglotteryfund.org.uk/ccf  .

Although the funding has been allocated/agreed by HM Treasury to CCF for the next 4 years bids in 2016 have been sought for programmes covering 2017/18 -2018/19. In England Wales and Northern Ireland (arrangements in Scotland still to be confirmed) bids will be sought again in 2017 for 2019/20 – 2020/21, I.e. although its a four year programme there are only two formal bidding rounds with the potential for some mopping up activity probably in 2019/20 for 2020/21.   Scotland are due to take control of all Crown Estates Revenues generated in Scotland before the end of the Westminster Parliament, hence the possible variation there.
