Colleagues in Tendring District are looking at sponsorship packages for their major beach redevelopment in  and around Clacton.  Do any members have experience of putting sponsorship packages together for beaches or other similar (or not so similar) public or private areas?  Any information around value placed on such packages, means methods, legal implication or general good and/or not so good practice advise would be welcomed.
