Resort promenades are complex facilities with multiple stakeholders with often conflicting demands. In this era of austerity Ceredigion County Council is looking to reassess how it manages the promenade in Aberystwyth.  Can any coastal members provide me with examples of good or bad practice of promenade management?

Any relevant documentation, reports, plans etc would also be appreciated.
