Marketing Nottingham & Nottinghamshire will place the region front and centre on the national and international stage: an outstanding visitor destination; a catalyst for innovation and enterprise; a compelling location for expanding global businesses.  As our first Chief Executive you will shape and lead our new organisation, working with partners and stakeholders in the public and private sectors to build a world class future for Nottingham & Nottinghamshire.

You will take up the mantle from three predecessor organisations that have previously led on inward investment, business engagement and tourism.  Your priority will be to establish a shared vision with our private and public sector partners in the city and county, bringing them together behind a persuasive narrative that promotes our assets and leverages the many opportunities available to us. Succeed in this role and you will have made a significant and sustainable impact on our economy, through increased inward investment, job creation and visitor spending.

To deliver in such a critical, high profile role, you will of course be an outstanding leader and ambassador.  Your background in marketing, including the leadership of major campaigns, will be augmented by a highly developed understanding of place branding, place marketing and inward investment.  You will bring the skills necessary to create a unifying culture for our new organisation, working successfully with staff and partners to realise our potential.
