    Good parts for little price

    Written by (TFOL) in Germany,

Here is my review for the set:

    Pros

    • Good Parts like the rims in yellow or the 2 x 2 bricks in medium blue
    • 3 good builds to play with
    • Alternate builds

    Cons

    • There are 3 vehicles but only 2 Minifigures
    • I think for a airport building set you need an actual airport building

Overall ,this is a good set to play and if you are bored of the original construction, you can build something new from the bricks.

    So many useful parts!

Don't let the blocky models on the box fool you, this is an incredible parts pack! Almost 2 years ago when my son was first getting into LEGO we bought him a brick box that had lots of 1x and 2x bricks, but not much else. Where were the windshields, wheels, doors, slopes, plates? I made many visits to the Pick a Brick wall to collect those types of parts, but this set has them and more!

    Here are some highlights:

    • 2 mini figs
    • 2 windshields
    • A pair of Green car doors
    • 18 tires and wheels in three different sizes
    • A brick separator!!
    • Slopes and inverted slopes in several colors
    • 4x4, 4x6, and 4x8 plates
    • 1x and 2x plates in several colors and lengths
Honestly, I could go on and on... but let's suffice it to say that the average brick box is mostly bricks, with a few special pieces. This set is mostly special pieces. You have to search to find a 1x2 or 2x2 brick in this box!

The model ideas in the box are okay, but with these parts you can start to build some phenomenal creations of your own. Pick up this set when you see it, you won't be disappointed.

    Good Pieces - Good Price

LEGO Bricks & More #5933 Airport Building Set. 310 pieces. Retails for $19.99 USD. That's roughly 6 and 1/2 cents a brick. Comes with 2 minifigures and a brick separator.

There is one printed 2x2 slope piece. Neither of the minifigs have printing on the back. The pilot is also in #9348 Community Minifigure Set.

Lots of good parts. Here is a large image of the list on the side of the box.

LEGO has provided alternate building instructions for this set.

    Summary

I like the Bricks & More sets because of all the pieces left over after building the models in the instructions. It's fun! Don't forget to check the piece count image linked near the top to check them all out.

    • Thumbs up unless you are already well stocked on the colors included because the models are nothing to write home about but do have charm. The gas truck reminds me of the Mystery Machine.
