TinyTurbosCityAndToyStory Reviews Episode 8: Bob's Workshop
I had been building with my dad's old LEGO from his younger years a lot and decided I wanted some of my own. I ended up with this.
Building Experience:
You put together a few bricks, and not only that, they're oversized. I'm sure I enjoyed it back then though.Parts:
No complaints here, this is still only Duplo set I have.Playability:
Oh come on. You can't even take Bob or the wheelbarrow apart.
Value for Money:
I think I paid AUD$7 for this in 2001. I would never pay that much for a set like this now.Overall:
Hey, it's okay. But it's not worth AUD$7, even if it was regular LEGO bricks.1 out of 3 people thought this review was helpful.
Wheelbarrel and Bob makes this set.
My very young set went threw a Bob the Builder phase and this happened to show up in his stocking at Christmas time. The figure is the main reason to consider this set, I do like the wheelbarrel too. His hands can be snapped onto the handles with a little bit of skill. Some of the blocks are printed on one side which the little ones seem to like.
