- I'm an adult collector who rediscovered Lego about two years ago. I was looking for a hobby to keep myself busy while working an opposite shift than my wife, and I remembered how much I used to love Legos. I pulled them out of an old box in my parent's basement, dormant for 15 years. All the wonderful feelings of building came flooding back, and I knew that it would become my hobby once again. I like most of the "classic" themes, like Town, Castle, Space, and Pirates. I also do enjoy some of the newer sets such as Star Wars...but the classic themes will always be the best to me. The first Lego set I ever received was the International Jetport. I remember getting that set for my 9th birthday (before then, I only had the Lego Buckets...which weren't as cool).
