So you know how we can report comments now, right?

We need a feature where we can report articles we find offensive. Exhibit A.

^ Shh. You'll upset Huwbot, and we'll have nothing but Clikits until September.

By in United States,

I know everyone gets their own skewed perception on what trends emerge in the RSotD, so mine is definitely an alternating cycle of Clikits and some new iteration of that darn World City jet that has stickers for all 200+ nations. And every once in a while, we get a great set that I own or a great set that I don't own or don't feel is that great. I guess we're currently in one of those draggulch periods now.

Some LEGO fan communities could learn a thing or two from our girls right there...
Even though we all have differing preferences and tastes and perceptions on society (star best girl), we can all share our styles in a picture, in a frame, together. Fun and friendship, amirite folks??

Clikits is a theme I just don't understand, and can't view as "Lego". Most of the items in the line I would bill as being a "Gear" item than Lego. We've had lots of photo frames that are considered "Gear" sets (and thus not really considered for RSOD), but are actually wholly built using LEGO. Heck, we even had a LEGO vase set at one point; which of course, never worked well.

Of Lego's "girl" themes, I feel Clikits was the weakest of them. Even Scala integrated regular System parts, even though the dolls were completely unrecognizable as a LEGO product.

By in Singapore,

This looks more like a first-gen Clikits set than a second-gen one. Surprised it didn't come out the previous year.

Yesterday, I said:

"^But will it show up before another Galidor/Clikits/Technic set though???", referring to your future president. Guess Huwbot can listen to me.

To add insult to injury, this is after the Dow plunged 767 points as well today!

By in Belgium,

Now 17 out 85 Clickits sets have been selected as RSOTD, what are the odds?

Gravatar
By in Latvia,

Well, looks like it wasn't a joke that Huwbot is conquering Brickset

Gravatar
By in Belgium,

Can someone publish the code behind the random selection?

By in United Kingdom,

Clearly this is Huwbot’s way of reminding the judges of the Build a Huwbot competition that he is still waiting for his physical form to be decided.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Huwbot is upset by some of your portrayals of him in the competition so is exacting his revenge on you all....

Gravatar
By in Belgium,

No way Huwbot... can you control yourself, please? Anger & revenge lead nowhere.

Gravatar
By in United States,

...and we have normality restored.

By in France,

What is this for a LEGO set?!!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Fantastic! Yesterday's RSOTD sent me straight to eBay to buy more Clikits. I might buy some more today now as well.

By in United Kingdom,

What silly fun everyone seems to be having, awesome who'd have thought we could all enjoy click its still without polarizing! ;-)

One of today's newspaper headlines -

In recent months, on the Brickset database, there has been a series of strange random sets - sets that do not look like LEGO. They go by the name of Clikits, and have been, to the surprise of many, has become a staple RSOTD. No one has been able to crack this most mysterious case. Many suspect that Huwbot is the leader of this infamous situation, which is now known as the Clikit invasion. Even others think that perhaps Huwbot is not the culprit, and he has been captured, or even forced into hiding as the result of some sinister operation. Most fans are concerned that something is very amiss at headquarters. We can only hope that the same band of heroes who saved the town of Newbury can discover the meaning of this most peculiar situation.

By in Switzerland,

Oh boy... I love Lego, I liked Friends... The difference between makes that I won't even look at the box. It looks like Time Adventure to me (except that in this case I even didn't liked the show - because of the graphics). The rendition seems good (even from behind...), but we now have lots of cool boxes from Creators, City or other series that could make a better job than this box. Useless.
