By in Australia,

Oh yeah.

I still remember, January in '98, walking into the Myer toy section one evening (an Australian department store) and seeing these guys on the shelves, clear as day. I ending up completely falling in love with the RESQ theme, which I've mentioned previously, and the big helicopter was a birthday gift later on in the year (and I still own it). But the hovercraft was so cool, so nifty and different. I absolutely loved it. Still do, in fact. Earlier this year I actually bought one of the last unopened versions on Bricklink (from a seller in Italy, no less). Pricy, but no regrets.

Beautiful set. Great colours, and awesome play value.

By in United States,

I love the Res-Q series, I wish I got more of them. The colors work so well. LEGO really should make a hoover craft like this in the modern Coast Guard colors.

By in United States,

Despite being the second-largest set of the Res-Q line, this set was a Lego exclusive in the United States.

By in Serbia,

Res-Q was probably the last good Town subtheme before LEGO devolved into Jack Stone crap.

By in Poland,

ah this series was good and so much fun. I love the car parks on the ship thing. We have much smaller river response (from time when I was a kid), and kids now love it. It adds so much in play department.

@Baby Yoda ... I do love my Lego :).

Those windscreen/canopies mark what I think are the prime years of Lego yellowverse space. Undersea too, for that matter. Part 2507, which seems largely missing from Brickset's database, though rebrickable and brickset have it.

By in New Zealand,

I got this as a late birthday present in '98 as loved it, then proceeded to get all the series including two of the big helicopters. The only one I missed out on the end was the HQ. Sadly I had to sell them a few years ago when we were in a fiscally bad position. Sold for an awful lot of money though :)

By in South Africa,

Still one of my favourite sets I have. No hovercraft since then has come close to being as good
