Recipe shared by #slurrpcommunity member @homechefalison Ingredients: Pudina/Mint leaves - 2 cups Coriander seeds - 1/2 cup Cumin/jeera seeds - 1/4th cup Pepper corns- 2 tsp Dry red chilli - 2 Hing(asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste Black salt- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp(optional) To make Mint powder: Wash and dry fresh mint leaves and microwave for 3 minutes at 1 min intervals.
