Smashed Broccoli Chips 🥦 | These crispy smashed broccoli chips are next level 🥦 | By Live Eat Learn | This is how you make the perfect crispy broccoli. There will not be leftovers. Par boil then drain the broccoli then set each piece on a mound of Parmesan cheese. Then grab a glass and smash them to create more surface area for them to get crispy in the oven then finish it off with some lemon pepper seasoning and throw them in the oven until they're crispy and golden brown.
