Doritos Mexican Style Pizza 🍕 | Doritos Mexican Style Pizza 🍕 | By Food Pop | Pour about half the bag in now we want to smooth this out totally covering the bottom of this casserole dish and this is lime with a piece of pie dough then we're going to come in with some pre-cooked ground beef and we're going to go ahead and put a nice layer that down and we're going to save this for later now go ahead and obviously smooth this out as well and now this old El Paso taco seasoning original we're going to go ahead and sprinkle a very light layer of the taco seasoning over the ground beef you don't want too much have this wonderful cheddar blend pre shredded cheese. We're going to go ahead and take about a little over a half a cup and we're going to sprinkle that down over the beef. Now, we're going to take some of your favorite salsa. I prefer a paste and we're going to dump about that much in. We're going to the salsa's con quesa and we're going to dump some of that in as well about half and half and we're just going to go ahead and mix this up completely combining the salsa and the cheese salsa. Once it looks kind of like this, we're going to go ahead and sprinkle that over the entire dish and we are going to spread that out as well evenly covering the Doritos Doritos ready to save for later. Now's and we're going to go ahead and pour those on. The rest of em nice layer and again spread those out over the entire dish and you guess it we're coming back in with the ground beef we're going to go ahead and put a nice amount on there now just like this and again you want to spread this out so it completely covers the Doritos and then a little bit more of that taco seasoning again we don't need much because Doritos give a ton of flavor to this dish and you can use Doritos you want. You can use cool ranch. You can use regular. You can use the the spicy. It doesn't matter. Whatever you prefer. We're going to come with more of this triple cheddar blend cheese. We're going to put a heavy amount on now. While we're doing this the oven is preheating to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. And get a little bit of crunch. We got a little bit more of those Doritos left. So we're going to go ahead and very lightly sprinkle those on top. And spread those out with your hand just like this so now we're going to do is we're going to take the edges that were flipped flipped over and we're going to actually sprinkle those up and get them into the dish this is going to form a crust around the beef and Dorito mixture so we're going to go just like this and now it's ready to pop into the oven at 350 okay 30 minutes in the oven and look at this it looks amazing now that's cooled off for about 10 minutes you can actually put sour cream on it if you want I'm not going to but this is an option we're just going to go ahead and cut into this Making sure you get the bottom layer cut. And here we go the moment of truth look at this oh my gosh this is the layers I cannot wait to dig into this you guys I cannot wait I am going to put a little bit of salsa on mine because I like a little bit more on there again that's optional here we go This is so good you guys.
