keto Crème brûlée 😋😋😋
Ingredients: • 4 egg yolks • 1 tsp vanilla • 2 cups heavy cream • 5 tbsp sweetener Instructions: • 1. Preheat oven to 325F. Whisk egg yolks and vanilla in a bowl. • 2. Pour heavy cream and 1 tbsp sweetener into a sauce pan over medium heat and whisk until it simmers. 3. Remove from the heat and combine with yolk mix slowly. Whisk until it's combined. • 4. Pour the mix into 4 ramekins and add them to a glass baking dish. • 5. Pour boiling water into the dish just high enough to not get into the ramekins. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. • 7. Remove from oven and take out each ramekin with rubber tongs and let chill for 3-4 hours. • 8. Add 1 tbsp sweetener on top of each brûlée & torch until golden (or broil them) • . 9. Let cool and enjoy!

What you need; 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup sweetener 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder For the cinnamon coating: 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp sweetener 1/2 tsp cinnamon How to make them: 1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough for a few minutes. 2. Roll into small balls, spray with oil & air fry @ 325F for 8-10 minutes. 3. While they cool down, melt your butter and in a separate bowl mix your cinnamon / sweetener for the coating. 4. Toss in the butter & then cinnamon sweetener. Enjoy! Pro tip: You want the dough to be firm enough to hold the ball shape, so extra almond flour may be necessary if it’s too flimsy / soft This protein donut recipe is so quick and easy and turns out so delicious 🤤
