Self-Care Isn't Selfish. That is what I want every woman in the world to understand. Take time for you because you can't pour from an empty cup. In 2021, I began a grassroots campaign about women's self-care. That transformed into an annual event, The SSIS Expo. This year, it's a three-day conference retreat that allows women to come together, network and walk away with new ideas, plans and relationships, all built around taking care of yourself.
