Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars 😊
Makes 20 little bars 500g Medjool dates, pitted and stoned 300g peanut butter ( I use crunchy) 250g 70% dark chocolate Sea salt . 1 - Line a little baking tin. I use a tiny 6x9 inch tray. Chuck the dates into a blender and blend for a few minutes until you have a smooth ball. Wet your hands and spread the dates out into an even layer over the bottom of the tin. 2 - Spread the peanut butter over the dates and smooth out evenly. Pop into a freezer for 2 hours or overnight to set. 3 - Once set, lift the frozen date base out of the tin by pulling the baking paper and place onto a chopping board. Cut into 20 little bars and then return to the freezer whilst you melt the chocolate. 4 - Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. Dip the bars into t
