Alright we're going to start with the classic some romaine lettuce. I'm going to do a lot because I love a huge salad. Now I'm going to add in some 95% lean ground beef that I cooked in taco seasoning. Tomato, some white onion, black beans, some pickled jalapenos, some reduced fat cheese, a little bit of crushed tortilla chips for a little bit of a crunch. Alright for the dressing we're going to use two heaping tablespoons of non-pacric yogurt, two teaspoons of ranch seasoning, three teaspoons of pickle juice, and just a tiny bit of her spice. Now we're going to mix it up and I added a little bit of water to thin it out. She's looking pretty as always and we're going to add in our dressing right on top. I'm just going to add a little bit of guac right on top. Some light sour cream just a little bit. We're going to give it a good mix. You get a chip. Load that baby up. One of my top 10 favorite salads.
