It comes out perfectly moist with added Greek yogurt. I like to go the extra mile and use vanilla Greek yogurt as well. This particular recipe can be made either with dairy or without dairy, I have done it both ways and it comes out great either way! This makes a great sheet cake as well, perfect for Memorial Day! To color the cake layers I used from @olivenation : Chester liqua-gel food color in Super Red and Royal Blue.  I also used these to color the frosting.
