This was one of best sweet and savory appetizers we have made and couldn’t have been easier. 🥓🔥Full recipe below: ⬇️ . •For the bacon jam, on a hot skillet sauté 1/2 lb of bacon until it is starting to brown up and then add 1/2 of a large onion •cook until onion caramelizes up and add a layer of @grillheads Oh My Garlic Rub •Next, add 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 maple syrup, splash of bourbon and reduce heat •Simmer everything together for roughly 15 minutes stirring frequently . •For the cream cheese, take a block of cream cheese and score the top •Add a layer of our Queen Bee honey based dry rub •Smoke for roughly 20 minutes or until cheese is nice and soft •Add the bacon jam over the top and we served w

I always use my homemade taco seasoning which can be found on my page and in all of my cookbooks & meal plans. This recipe also calls for my homemade salsa which is also in my cookbook and meal plans. www.Kristysketolifestyle.com/shop RECIPE - Makes 28 pieces INGREDIENTS: 4 large chicken breasts 1 cup chicken broth 4 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup homemade salsa 4.5oz can of green chiles 1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Cutdacarb flatbreads DIRECTIONS: 1. Pressure cook the chicken, broth and taco seasoning for 12 minutes on high. 2. Do a quick release and then transfer the chicken to a mixer and shred it. 3. Add in the cream cheese, green chiles and salsa and mix until combined. 4. Working with just one flatbread at a time, lay it horizontally on a cutting board. 5. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture all along the edge closest to you. 6. Roll it up tightly and then cut into 7 equal pieces. *If you place the rolls wrapped in Saran Wrap in the fridge for 20-30 min, they will cut easier. 7. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads and chicken mixture. 8. Grease a springform or pie pan and then place the pieces upright in the pan. 9. Top with the shredded cheeses and bake for 20 minutes. 10. Remove the outer layer of the springform pan and enjoy!
