•Parchment paper

Directions 
1)Melt your candy melts. 

2)Dip the bottom of each mini pretzel into the candy melts and arrange in a circle on the parchment paper. 

3)Now, add a second layer of dipped pretzels. 

4)Sprinkle on your sprinkles and add a Twizzler bow. Let them setup and enjoy!

What you need: 
1.5 lb chuck roast
12 oz bag of frozen broccoli 
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sweetener (I used truvia)
1 tbsp sesame oil (or avocado oil)
1 tbsp mined garlic 
1 tsp xanthan gum

How to make it:
1. Slice your chuck roast and add to the slow cooker on low. Set aside the xanthan gum and broccoli. 
2. Stir the remaining ingredients together and add to the slow cooker with your roast. 
3. After 6 hours, whisk your xanthan gum with 1-2 tbsp cold water and stir in.
4. Add your broccoli and cover for another 30 minutes until tender.
5. Serve over cauliflower rice and enjoy.
