INGREDIENTS (9 PIECES) 600g flour 0 or 00 40g soft butter 180ml of milk 100ml water 1 egg 10g salt 6g yeast 1 tbsp honey 25g sugar Pour the water in a bowl, add milk, sugar, yeast, 1 egg, honey and mix. Add the flour, mix and add the salt. Knead and finally add the butter a little at a time. Cover the dough and let it rise for 3 hours in an oiled container, then cut it into 9 pieces of 100g, flatten it to a rectangular shape and roll it up. Cover them and let them rise until doubled. Brush them with egg yolk and milk and bake them at 355°F (180°C) for 10 minutes with a saucepan of water on the base of the oven and for another 5/10 minutes without a saucepan. • #cooking #healthy #recipes
