Here’s the easy recipe.👇🏻 Mushroom Rice Recipe: Ingredients: ▪️2 Cups Rice, soaked + washed ▪️3 Garlic Cloves, minced ▪️1 small yellow Onion, diced ▪️Baby Bella Mushrooms, chopped ▪️Green Onions, diced ▪️Fresh Parsley, chopped ▪️Salt ▪️Black Pepper ▪️3-4 C. Vegetable Broth ▪️4 TBS. Butter, divided 1. In a saucepan, melt 2 TBS of butter. 2. Add garlic + onions. Cook until fragrant. 3. Add green onions + mushrooms. Stir and cook for one minute. 4. Add parsley. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine. 5. Add the washed rice. Stir and toast for a few minutes. 6. Add vegetable broth. The amount depends on how much liquid your rice needs. (For Basmati rice I use 3 cups). Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed. 7.
