Jenn Chia (So, I'm Jenn) on Instagram: "My story ⬇️ I use to think hustling hard is what I needed to succeed. I made enemies out of a lot of people because of how strong willed and stubborn I was. My team and I went through burnout because I kept pushing and pushing for excellence. Lack of sleep, no work-life balance, no fun. I was in survival mode and dragged everyone along with me. This year, I told myself to change this. Life is difficult enough, I don’t have to be. I’m learning to be present, to enjoy the joy of the process. And because I’m becoming softer, I can see my environment changing. It’s so so so weird!!! The people I attract into my life now is different, wholesome and warm. This makes me think that, I am my environment. 🤯"
Zanna Keithley on Instagram: "Maybe it will lead to success. Maybe it will lead to lessons. Maybe it will lead to growth. Maybe it will lead to joy. Maybe it will lead to parts of yourself you’ve never met before. Maybe it will lead to exactly the place you’ve been dreaming about. Maybe it will lead to somewhere you can’t even imagine right now—somewhere beautiful and honest and true. Wherever it leads—following the path your heart guides you on is worth it. Staying true to yourself is worth it. Honoring the call of your soul is worth it. If it’s still in your heart and your head after all this time, it’s worth seeing where it leads. 📖: This Is How You Find Your Way #followyourheart #followyourdreams #followyourgoals #followyourpath #trustyourheart #trustyourdreams #honoryourhea

Amber Lyon on Instagram: "When I’m working with private clients the ultimate place we reach is flow state. That place where you are so connected to yourself that you can recognize the path forward clearly. No need to over think it, or intellectualise what it means, but instead FEELING through experiences and allowing yourself to be guided by your own internal GPS. Curiosity is what pulls us forward.. but that curiosity is only sparked in the present moment. When we try to contextualise the curiosity we lose touch with it. But when we act on that curious impulse we start to follow a thread. 🧵 As we follow that thread.. things start to come together in ways we could not have possibly planned for. We realise that we could never have anticipated or prepared for step 8 while at step 1, be
Sarah Jackson on Instagram: "Share this with someone who is in their healing season! 💛 Your voice is a powerful instrument to help your body metabolize your painful emotions and release the survival energy that feels like anxiety. These five sounds, rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, are a simple way to draw your nervous system out of a survival state into felt safety, a state of rest-and-digest. As you experiment with any of these sounds, you might notice signs of your nervous system shifting toward regulation (also called rest-and-digest): Spontaneous sighs, yawning, waves of warm, crying, a settling in your core, facial flushing, more saliva — to name just a handful of them. If you’d like more help processing your painful emotions in small doses that don’t overwhelm
