Don't feel pressured by all those resolutions and business plans for 2018 everyone keeps talking about. They are usually overly optimistic things we promise we will do to better ourselves in the year to come, and they only make us feel like losers when we fail to keep them. Take your time and follow your gut. This doesn't mean you shouldn't have a plan, but it doesn't have to come with January 1.
