Ingredients and steps:

500g boneless chicken breast
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp black pepper 
1 tsp garlic granules 
1 tsp onion granules 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp white pepper 
1 tbsp yellow mustard paste
Pinch of baking soda
Coat the chicken.Set aside for 30 minutes. 
In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, add 1 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch and1 tbsp plain all purpose flour. Mix them until no lumps remain. Add 1/4 cup milk and mix.Add the egg mixture to chicken and mix everything. Take plain cornflakes 
Crush them with hands or rolling pin. Coat the chicken with cornflakes.
Oil spray your air fryer basket. Place the chicken pieces. Oil spray again. Air fry at 200ºC for 10 minutes. Flip after 10 minutes, oil spray the other side. Redu
