Ingredients: • 1/2 cup dates • 1 + 1/4 cup hot milk • 1 banana • 1/2 tsp vanilla • 1/4 cup ghee • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 cup wheat flour • 1/2 cup oat flour • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/4 tsp baking soda • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • handful roughly chopped almonds and walnuts • 2 tbsp chocolate chips Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes and get ready to experience something delicious

PALAK PUDLA - This is the best snack to have during winter, which people from all the age group will love. Nutritious and delicious; Spinach is an excellent source of iron and besan for protein. Recipe is quick and easy- • - take 1 bunch of chopped palak • - add 1 small piece of shredded carrot • - add finely chopped onion, garlic, green chili and coriander 🌿 • - add haldi powder, red chili powder, dhania powder, asafoetida & salt • - some sesame seeds (til) and carrom seeds (ajwain) • - mix everything well • - green leafs will release some water • - now add 3/4 cup besan (gram flour)and 1/4 cup suji (semolina) • - mix everything well and add water as required (do not add too much besan or suji, there should be more veggies and less binding) • - now in a pan, spread the batte

Jai Jinendra.🙏🙏🙏 • Recipe - • - Pressure cook 1 cup moong(soaked for 20 min) with some salt (3 whistles) • - take 1 cup of curd (little sour) & dilute 1/2 tbs besan • - In a kadai, add some oil, mustard seeds & cumin seeds • - once you hear crackling sound, add asafoetida (hing), Chili powder, Dhaniya powder & Haldi Powder • - add some water • - now add curd and besan mixture • - cook on medium flame for 5 min • - lastly add pressure cooked moong • - if require add some more water, cover and
Baked Oats No Sugar No Flour No Oil No Butter
