• 1 1/3 cups 200g whole grain turkey red wheat flour, whole grain
• 1 Empanada inspired ground beef filling
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1 Ground beef mix
• 10 slices Pepperoni
Produce
• 1 Broccoli
• 1 bag Broccoli florets, frozen
• 5 cloves Garlic
• 1/2 Onion, medium
• 1/2 cup Onion
• 3 tbsp Pickled jalapenos, sweet
• 1 Spinach
• 1 9 oz bag Spinach, fresh
Refrigerated
• 1 Egg
Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 400 g Bread flour
• 1 Broccoli filling
• 1 Dough
• 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
• 2 tsp Paprika, ground
• 0 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top if you want
• 1 Spinach filling
Oils & Vinegars
• 14 g Olive oil
• 4 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin, ground
Dairy
• 1/2 cup Cheddar, medium
• 1/2 cup Mozzarella
• 1/2 cup Pecorino romano or parmesan
Prepared
• 90 g Sourdough starter
Liquids
• 400 g Water
