I am addicted to this protein shake after my workouts. Here's the recipe: 1 frozen banana, chopped 2 T of PB2 Find it Here at Amazon.com 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt 1/4 c. Almond Milk (or regular milk) Blend it all up. I like to use my Cusinart Compact Blender PB2 is great as it has 85% less fat than traditional peanut butter but it is still packed with protein. Combine that with the Greek Yogurt and that is one lip-smackin' good shake! Caution: You might become addicted :)
