Produce
• 1 Carrot ((220 g / 8 ounces), medium
• 1 English or lebanese cucumber ((270 g / 10 ounces)
• 14 g Perilla, leaves
• 7 Seaweed sheets, dried

• 7 strips Radish pickle, yellow
Pasta & Grains
• 5 1/2 cups Rice, short grain

• 1 tsp Sea salt, fine
• 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
• 2 tbsp White sugar
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp Sesame oil

• 14 strips Seasoned burdock root (*see note above)
