Creamy Lemon Basil Vinaigrette might be my ALL-TIME favorite dressing. A combination of extra virgin olive oil, basil, lemon juice, white vinegar, and olive oil mayo creates the dressing’s base. You just toss all the ingredients in a blender, and less than a minute later, you’ve got a homemade dressing to last the whole week. And don’t limit your use of it to just salads. This dressing is fantastic drizzled over steamed veggies and grain bowls, or used as a dip for raw veggies!
