1-minute Brownie Cookie😍 It’s vegan & gluten-free! This cookie is super fudgy and so chocolaty😋
Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use a smooth pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
• 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour mix
• 1 tablespoon cacao powder
• 2 tablespoons almond milk (add more if needed)
• dark chocolate chips, to taste (I used 80% dark chocolate)
Instructions
• 1. Mix the maple syrup and peanut butter together
• 3. Add the flour, cacao powder and almond milk and stir until combined
• 4. Spread the mixture on a plate lined with parchment paper
• 5. Add the dark chocolate chips on top
• 6. Cook in the microwave for 45-60 seconds (800W)
