For this recipe you will need:
• 12 cup butter, melted 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter 1/2 cups powdered monk fruit sweetener (allulose or erythritol will work too) 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups sugar-free milk chocolate chips (I use Lilly's brand)
Instructions: Combine the melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sweetener, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated. Use a cookie scoop and divide the mixture into 30 evenly sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined dish and freeze for about 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips in a double-broiler until smooth.
