Easy Lemon Cheesecake
NO BAKE CHEESECAKE - *1 can sweetened condensed milk, *8 oz cool whip, *1/3 C lemon or lime juice, *8 oz cream cheese. - - Bring cream cheese to room temp to avoid lumps, Combine using hand mixer w/milk & cool whip, then juice last. Pour immediately into graham cracker or other crust. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
