• 3 cups Vidalia or other sweet onion
Condiments
• 1 Hot sauce
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 2 tsp Kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
• 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
• 1 cup Buttermilk, whole
