Ingredients
Produce
• 3 oz Garlic cloves
• 1/2 oz Ginger
• 1/2 Korean pear
• 1 Korean radish, disks
• 10 oz Korean radish
• 1/2 Persimmon
• 1/2 Yellow onion
Condiments
• 1 Plum syrup, green
• 10 tbsp Sweet rice flour paste
Baking & Spices
• 10 cups Korean sea salt
• 1/2 tbsp Sea salt
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 3 tbsp Sweet rice flour
Liquids
• 12 1/4 qt Water
Other
• 1 cup Gochukauru (red chili pepper powder) ((add up to 50% more if you like more spicy))
• 1/2 cup Kkanari aekjeot (까나리액젓) ((fermented sand lance sauce))
• 0.5 Tbsp saewoojeot (Korean fermented shrimps)
