No yeast Jelly Donuts 12: 1 1/2 C. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 Stick unsalted butter, melted 1/2 C. sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 C. milk Filling: 1 C. fruit jam 1/4 C. water. Mix well, cover bowl with plastic wrap, refrigerate 1 hour. Form into huge balls, put on greased baking tray. Bake 350F for 11-13 min. Let cool and then insert piping bag full of jelly into each donut. Sift powdered sugar on top.
