Ingredients:
• 2 large spaghetti squash
• 1.5 pounds ground turkey
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 large yellow onion
• 1 large red bell pepper
• 1 large orange bell pepper
• 2 vine tomatoes
• 1/4 cup grape seed oil
• 1 cup Italian blend shredded cheese
• 24 oz. of your preferred marinara sauce
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Dried oregano, to taste
• Crushed red pepper, to taste
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 425°F.
• Cut the squash in half lengthwise.
• Scoop out the seeds. Add whole garlic cloves inside the squash. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and crushed red pepper. Drizzle oil and use a pastry brush to coat evenly.
• Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the squash cut size down, with the garlic underneath. Bake for 45 minutes
