Easy and quick stir fry veggies
Ingredients (this recipe is for one person) - names also shown in video: • One spoon coconut oil (in low to medium heat) • Black cumin seeds • Mushroom • Large cut onion (white or red) • Snap peas Yellow bean (or green beans of your choice) • Carrot Red bell pepper (nicely coat with oil in general with all veggies) then - • Black pepper and salt to taste • Sesame oil (one spoon) • Chili flakes (if you can handle the extra spiciness) • Raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds at the end (or any raw nuts) By using pre-cut veggies, the cooking time can be reduced to just 7 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired texture. Get creative with your choice of veggies to make the dish more vibrant.
