Here is how to make it: . 1.Start with a big base of peppery arugula, about 4-5oz. . 2.Season it with a pinch or two of salt, fresh cracked pepper, 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp of aged balsamic, the juice of half a lime, and the zest of 1/2 an orange. . 3.Add 1/3 cup toasted and cooled walnuts.
