Blackberry Mojito 16 mint leaves 12 fresh blackberries 1 tsp sugar 3 oz Baccardi razz (any white rum will do) 1 oz lime juice club soda crushed ice In a pitcher, place the mint leaves, blackberries and sugar and muddle well. Add the rum and lime juice and stir well to combine. Fill highball glasses with crushed ice and strain the drink into the glasses. Top it with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves and blackberries.

Sangria Ingredients 1 small carton of raspberries 1 small carton of strawberries 1 lime 2 apples, granny smith and a braeburn 1 bottle of white wine ( I use Pinot Grigio if I want it sweeter or Sauvignon Blanc if I want it not so sweet) ** 1/2 cup of white grape juice 1 can of club soda (can use tonic water too)** Mint leaves for garnish
