It's a fabulous 4 and 5 days per week COMBO gym workouts focused on women but also can be used by men if interested. It's an intermedite level routine so it's perfect for people who already have some fitness knowledge. Eventhough we all can learn, so we also added two important gym terms that are especificly defined and are good to use in some workouts to increase the intensity of them.
