Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats, 3 mashed bananas, 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter), splash vanilla, 1 egg, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 tsp baking powder & chocolate chips. Mix together! 1️⃣ Pour the mixture into an 8 x 6 baking dish 2️⃣ Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top (optional but totally recommended) 3️⃣ Bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes Store leftovers in the fridge!
