We have some potatoes. I'm just using this gold potato. You can use any type of potato that you'd like. We have some baby carrots. And we have some asparagus. Now I've been wondering if the plural of asparagus is asparagus or asparagui. I don't I don't know. Do you know? Hm. I'm curious. Question. Right? We have some minced garlic. I'm going to do about a half of a tablespoon. We have a fourth cup of honey. This is a great addition to our lemon pork loin. Really great flavor. Love it. So good. We have some white wine vinegar. You can use regular white wine if you'd like. I don't really have that on hand. We're going to use a tablespoon and a half and some fresh rosemary. I love the fresh rosemary. I actually just got this off my rosemary bush outside. Wow. So yummy. Always make sure you rinse your fresh herbs if you grow them. And we're going to season up with a little bit of pepper. I love black pepper. Mm hmm. Some salt. I'm just going to use a pinch because I don't really cook with salt. Alright, let's drizzle this right on top here. Oh so good. Great combo of flavors. Mm hmm. Really really yummy here. So good. Okay, we'll give this a little bit of a spread. Get all of our seasonings just kind of integrated in with our delightful food. So good. And we're going to bring in a little bit more olive oil just right on top of our carrots and our potatoes. We want to make sure those stay super moist. Yes. Yes. And one last special ingredient we're going to add is our gray poupon. Here we go. This is great flavor. It is so yummy with our pork loin. I think this is my favorite kind of mustard. I agree. Yum. Alright, let's give this a lid and we're going to pop this in the oven. It is set at 400 degrees. Okay. So, I had this in the oven for about 45 minutes and then I did take the top off on it and let it kind of brown a bit. I'm going to go ahead and just slide our goodies onto our serving pan here, serving dish There we go. Look at that. So yummy. This meat looks fabulous. Our potatoes have cooked up so nicely. They're nice and juicy and tender. Alright. So let's go ahead and cut into this meat. This is looking great. Super tender and delicious. Ooh yum. Quick and easy one pan dinner here. Look at that you guys. Wow. So good. Great flavors. I'm going to grab a little bit of everything. I want a carrot. I want some of these potatoes. These are super oh yeah look at that. Yum. I love potatoes. Here we go. Let's try by. Smells so good. It's that grape poupon. It's a yes. Definite yes.
