Stand close to cable so cable is going straight down 3. Hong hips back, slight knee bend, hands locked next to ears. LEGS AND HANDS DONT MOVE THE ENTIRE TIME! 4. Stretch out core by hyper extending back 5. Curl core in, bringing hands towards knees 6. EXHALE as your crunch in NOTE: it might look strange BUT it’s just like a floor crunch! Try doing it on the floor and remember that movement before you do this. I prefer and recommend doing these STANDING VS ON KNEES 1. Being on your knees is painful and not everyone can do that 2.
