Method:
Heat oil in skillet until hot, add salmon and let sear. Drizzle soy sauce to taste. Flip cook for about 2 minutes then add to your bowl of rice, cucumbers and avocado.

100g frozen peas 
100g asparagus 
100g tender stem broccoli 
250g lardons 
1/2 a shallot 
4 cloves of garlic 
250g shell pasta 
125ml white wine
2 tbsp chopped basil 
Olive oil, salt and pepper 

Method:
Get your pasta on to boil, dice your shallot and mince the garlic and then cut the stems of the broccoli and the asparagus into small rounds but leaving the tips whole. Nam khao is a popular salad from Laos, the crispy rice with the fresh herbs, the crunchy nuts and the tangy dressing tastes incredible! 😋
I slightly adjusted it to use ingredients I had at home. 😇
RECIPE (3 servings, 20min prep time):
-2 1/2 Cups cooked basmati rice 
-2 Tbsp Thai red curry paste 
-3 Tsp  oil
Mix and bake at 200C/400F for 30mins but stir halfway through.
Dressing:
-2 Tbsp light soy sauce or vegan fish sauce
-1 Chili 
-2 cloves garlic 
-juice of 1/2 lime
-2 Tbsp sugar 
-1/4 cup (60ml) water

Ingredients: 100g frozen peas 100g asparagus 100g tender stem broccoli 250g lardons 1/2 a shallot 4 cloves of garlic 250g shell pasta 125ml white wine 2 tbsp chopped basil Olive oil, salt and pepper Method: Get your pasta on to boil, dice your shallot and mince the garlic and then cut the stems of the broccoli and the asparagus into small rounds but leaving the tips whole. You press a thin layer of seasoned beef onto a flour, tortilla and place it in a hot cast-iron skillet. Press down so that it creates a bit of a crust. Because the beef patty is so thin it quickly and evenly cooks on both sides. Cook for a couple of minutes, flip it over and place a piece of American cheese on it. Cover the pan so the cheese melts.
