You press a thin layer of seasoned beef onto a flour, tortilla and place it in a hot cast-iron skillet. Press down so that it creates a bit of a crust. Because the beef patty is so thin it quickly and evenly cooks on both sides. Cook for a couple of minutes, flip it over and place a piece of American cheese on it. Cover the pan so the cheese melts.
