20min · 6 servings Hamburger helper from scratch - cheesey shells edition 1lb of ground beef �� 1 1/2 - 2 cups of shells • 1 yellow onion • 2-3 cups of beef broth • 1-2 cups of sharp cheddar • 1 Tablespoon of flour • 8 oz of tomato sauce • 1-2 tablespoons tomato paste • 1 cup of heavy cream • fresh garlic - ask your heart • Salt • Pepper • Chili powder • Onion powder • Garlic powder Smoked paprika How to - • Get a pan, add some oil, brown up your ground beef. Remove and set aside. • Add in the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes, add in tomato paste, mix it in with the onions and let brown. This adds a depth of flavor. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant. • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil, add in the shells and cook for 10 minutes adding more broth if n

1hr · 4 servings Corn pudding Ingredients: • 1 can of corn • 1/2 cup of sugar • 2 cups of milk • 3 eggs • 1/2 teaspoon of salt • 4 tablespoons of butter 3 tablespoons of flour How to: • Place your butter in the pan you’ll be using, put it in your oven while it preheats to 400° • Get a bowl, add your sugar and flour, give it a mix. Whisk in 3 eggs, salt and milk! Pour in your corn. • Place everything in your heated baking dish, cook on 400° for 1 hour until nice golden and firm! • I used a 12 inch cast iron because my other was being used for another recipe but if you want yours a little thicker, I recommend using a smaller skillet or dish!
